Once you approve our quote and we receive of your files, we’ll build out the first-look shots in 24-48 hours* and supply you with a secure link with all your imagery & video content for review.
Revisions are included in the quoted price if the changes are limited to refining textures, lighting or camera. If you change your artwork or product information after we started, a change-order may apply.
Once you pay your invoice, the visuals are 100% yours.
* Not including weekends, holidays, studio closures or unexpected high volume of work.

Yes, of course. Vendor setup, NDA’s and all that fun stuff can get sorted quickly.
We need to set you up as a vendor and stuff, is that ok?
Payment terms?
We invoice net 30 starting from the day we deliver your first round of imagery. Since revisions are included, those can drag on based on your feedback, hence why we bill at that date.
Payment method?
We accept check, wire, ACH and Credit Card. Our invoices provide all these options to you for easy payment.
Does BottleShot carry insurance?
What do we own once we pay our invoice?
We are registered company in the State of Wisconsin (USA) filed as an S-Corporation. We carry general liability insurance and intellectual property insurance.
Upon payment, you have ownership of the end-deliverable (the image or video). Unless specifically put into the invoice, you do not have ownership of any of the source files we used to build the visual content.
